adb shell replacement utility from Windows: ADB Enhanced Putty

Running ‘adb shell’ from Windows works for accessing Android devices from the command line.

But soon enough we encounter problems with issuing simple keystrokes such as backspaces, autocomplete (tabs), or up-arrow/down-arrow functionality (i.e Linux command history).

The solution is to use the ADB enhanced Putty from this Github location:
